We are looking for an Ecommerce Producer to own licensed merchandise programs from concept through launch.
This role acts as the bridge between licensors, designers, sourcing partners, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure products launch on time and meet quality standards.
Success in this role requires exceptional client communication, strong project ownership, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent product launches without constant supervision.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working directly with licensors, and experienced managing creative projects in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage licensed merchandise programs from concept to launch
- Act as primary day-to-day contact for licensors and brand partners
- Lead product approval processes and client communication
- Coordinate designers, sourcing teams, and marketing stakeholders
- Create project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Review product concepts, samples, and launch materials
- Brief creative teams and translate client feedback into actionable direction
- Support Shopify launch readiness and merchandising activities
- Track project milestones and proactively identify risks
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear and professional communication
Required
- 3–5+ years of experience in licensing, consumer products, ecommerce, account management, production, project management, or agency environments
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience managing external clients or brand partners
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with designers and creative teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly proactive with strong ownership and follow-through
